Eduardo larez received  a Latin GRAMMY for mixing with Los Amigos Invisibles on their album COMMERCIAL, Best alternative music album of 09.

The 2011 recap enclosed new challenges and clients, the mixing some amazing albums and collaborations, mixing and mastering for “Mamastroficos” , the funkiest band from mexico City came out on may 2011!  Maurimix from los amigos invisibles , produced the Record in DF mexico city.

There are 2 Albums from Dj Trujillo that came out recently in 2011 too “Daltonic Now” !  it is a fantastic modern production with live music and electronica , i mixed and played guitar in some of the tracks and it was mastered in England by the Amazing Nilesh Patel at The Exchange London (Plastikman, Pulp, Air’s “Moon Safari,” Daft Punk’s “Homework” and Bjork’s “Homogenic.” His many other projects include releases by Moby, Pet Shop Boys, Underworld, Pulp, Felix Da Housecat, Femi Kuti, Four Tet, David Guetta, Skunk Anansie and Erasure), respect and love to his soul and family, he passed away by  sudden untimely death this December in London.

The other album from trujillo is titled “Yo Hago Yoga Hoy” that it is a electronica ChillOut/meditation for yoga, compilation were i also have a track included plus mixing and mastering.

Got to work with Grammy Award winning Engineer/Producer/Songwriter Juan Cristóbal Losada and Sonic Projects, we did a session at Ocean way studios with Plácido, son of the celebrated tenor and philanthropist Plácido Domingo. it was really amazing to track vocals for Plácido’s son and father as a duet, we also got to track Arturo Sandoval playing his trumpet on the same record.

Did the mastering for Los Crema Paraiso, it was produced and recorded by José Luis Pardo , Grammy-winning leader for Los Amigos Invisibles, his side project  Los Crema Paraiso , Neil Ochoa (Si Se), José Luis Pardo (Los Amigos Invisibles) and Alvaro Benavides (Pedrito Martinez Group)  .

Also the so much anticipated debut album from Artist/Songwriter David Mazzarri “Cortos de imaginación” that even with his short career, he opened a few shows for Ricky Martin in  his venezuelan Tour.

I got to re record for many tracks and mix the album and the production was done by Jesus Florido, multiple Grammy Winner Lulo perez and david mazzarri.

It was mastered at Metropolis group london uk by no other than Andy”Hippy” Baldwin  (The Who, Interpol, The Orb, Placebo, number 1 singles for Coldplay and Robbie Williams, Richard Ashcroft, The Verve and The Super Furry Animals) also mastering engineer Mazen Murad (The Temptations, The Who, Earth Wind & Fire, Groove Armada, DJ Shadow, Bjork, Muse, Robbie Williams, MIA. !

Some of the more corporate clients for 2011 for original music and mixing, were radio spots for Disney theme parks and  CVS pharmacies, Original music and sound design to Morrison and Foerster by Corporate Agenda NYC, Kmart Madres y Comadres series by Latino Media Works, HBO the latino list.

In 2010 Visionear did the redesign from CNBC incorporating music , sound design and rebranding to their new look. In 2011 Visionear is composing music for WONDROS Jesse Dylan’s Media company, that in the service of ideas strive to change and educate people and culture. we are very glad to be working in such noble and enlightening projects. Some of the projects with Form: Iparticipate, CFR (Council of Foreign Relations), NMO, The Gates foundation , NMO , LLS , The 20 years of MIT media lab .

Worked with New York City-based brand communications agency TAG Creative and editor Michael Rothman for the ESQ “My World. My Watch” movado TV campaing. The spots, which aired throughout May and will return in the fall, give a fresh, upbeat, and authentic feel to the ESQ line.

On the Audio Engineer side i worked mixing 5.1 with Movie Director Diego Velazco on His new thriller ” LA HORA CERO ” The one and Only big Blockbuster from venezuela . The worked included mixing , vocal recording and mastering for the opening credits theme song and the closing credits song . the movie was fully mixed at MercurySound Studios here in Los Angeles and my mixes sound it fantastic on their THX theater mixing room ! we finish a Album that is out with the music and you can find it on Itunes too . Also worked on new Projects with Green Team USA ,Green Team is always working hard on giving us the right tools for us to collaborate on saving the planet and making a conscious change for a better present and tomorrow .
